3 Months - Motivated for Change Package

Available at our Eleven Functional Health Calgary office, in-home, or via Zoom online. Are you looking for a change in your wellness routine? Dealing with chronic concerns and don't know where to start? At Eleven Functional Health, our 3 month - Motivation for Change program is designed to help new clients who are ready to shift their journey. Includes: Initial Functional Health Assessment - 2 weekly sessions of assessment of health history, current health and goals. 3 x 1.5hr session per month which includes meridian balancing/non-needle acupuncture, and an action plan of recommendations that align with needs for the month Weekly check-ins via text/email. Unlimited access to myself for questions/comments/concerns as life changes. Our sessions are open to individuals of any age, gender, medical condition, or health goal - ranging from newborns to those in their final stages of life. Whether you need support with chronic conditions, autoimmune management, or simply want to shift your daily living habits to reflect your wellness goals. This includes young babes and children dealing with skin conditions, anxiety/ADHD. As well as supporting families dealing with the many years of infertility and loss, to those now needing support entering their postpartum period. We are here to walk beside you and help clear the muddy waters. Using a functional medical model, we will begin a therapeutic relationship and focus on root cause analysis, taking a systems-based approach uniquely tailored to your conditions and circumstances.
