As a Registered Nurse and Functional Health Nutritionist, the majority of the last 15 years has specialized in Women's Health. Please see my About page for more information.There are so many phases that we experience as women from adolescence through to menopause. I am hear to walk beside you through your health concerns, shedding light and bringing clarity to areas that may seem overwhelming. There is so much within our ability to support from within. We will take a holistic viewpoint and integrate multiple complementary health modalities to support your goals. I am available in-clinic, in-home, or via phone and zoom for sessions. PCOS is an umbrella term that encompasses many symptoms depending on the individual - each person should be treated uniquely - I've been there. Through a Functional Health lens. we will take a holistic approach to create a plan that works to balance your hormones and manage your symptoms, reaching the health and life goals you have for yourself.

Postpartum Care

As a Registered Nurse who has specialized in Perinatal Care, certified in Postpartum doula support, worked for almost a decade between the NICU/L&D supporting new moms, and as a mother to a toddler myself - there are so many seasons to navigate as a mom in postpartum. I once talked to a woman who said, "I am 17 years postpartum" and you never understand until you experience it yourself. It takes a holistic and unique approach to support each new mother and family unit. I look forward to supporting you with integrative modalities towards your health and wellness goals. This includes support with C-section recovery.

Perimenopause & Menopause

As our hormones begin the final shift to menopause, which can begin up to 10 years or more before, each woman has a unique experience that migrates throughout the years. While we may not be able to stop these symptoms, we can definitely manage them in a comforting, proactive, and empowering approach that is unique to you. As a Registered Nurse and Functional Health Nutritionist, I am happy to walk beside you on this journey with specific lifestyle, diet, herbal and other recommendations that support your goals.
