Our 6 month - Dive Deep Functional Health program at Eleven Functional Health, is designed for those needing partnership longer-term with healing chronic concerns, offering a practitioner to walk beside as you make sustainable change. Commit to your wellness journey and start making lasting improvements to your overall health and well-being. Includes: Initial Functional Health Assessment - 2 weekly sessions of assessment of health history, current health and goals. > Monthly 1.5hr sessions which includes meridian balancing/non-needle acupuncture, and an action plan of recommendations that align with needs for the month > Weekly check-ins via text/email Our sessions are open to individuals of any age, gender, medical condition, or health goal - ranging from newborns to those in their final stages of life. Whether you need support with chronic conditions, autoimmune management, or simply want to shift your daily living habits to reflect your wellness goals. This includes young babes and children dealing with skin conditions, anxiety/ADHD. As well as supporting families dealing with the many years of infertility and loss, to those now needing support entering their postpartum period. We are here to walk beside you and help clear the muddy waters. Using a functional medical model, we will begin a therapeutic relationship and focus on root cause analysis, taking a systems-based approach uniquely tailored to your conditions and circumstances. Throughout the program, we will work together to create new habits and deepen the connection to your body through education and looking inwards. You'll have unlimited email support for any questions or concerns that may arise.
